From 2013 to 2018, this show shone a spotlight on bad business practices and helped millions of Australians get clued up on our rights. For example:
We think that the more attention on consumer issues, the better for all Australians. CHOICE even helped The Checkout along the way by regularly providing our expertise, staff and testing know-how for many of the show’s segments.
When the ABC announced its line-up of shows for next year, The Checkout wasn’t on the list – but we know there’s still a chance to get it back on air. A major factor will be interest from the public, so CHOICE wants to know what you think.
